LEGAL / COLLECTIBLE EVIDENCE

COLLECTOR TERMS

These Collector Terms explain what ownership of a STORE collectible does—and does not—include, including artwork licenses, access, physical benefits, transfers and blockchain risk.

EFFECTIVE / AUGUST 8, 2026OPERATOR / PROBLEM

1. Scope

These Collector Terms apply when you mint, claim, buy, receive, hold, transfer, redeem or use a STORE collectible identified through official STORE channels. They are incorporated into the Terms of Service and travel with each applicable collectible to the extent legally enforceable.

A “Collectible” is the relevant blockchain token or other authenticated digital record together with the limited rights expressly described here. “Associated Artwork” means the specific visual, audiovisual, narrative or other creative material officially associated with that Collectible.

2. Current Genesis format

STORE CORP Genesis Collectibles currently displayed on sto.re were issued through OpenSea’s shared storefront contract at 0x495f947276749ce646f68ac8c248420045cb7b5e on Ethereum. OpenSea identifies them as ERC-1155 multi-token collectibles. They are not ERC-20 fungible tokens.

The shared contract contains records from multiple creators. An official STORE Collectible must match the specific token ID, provenance and official links published at sto.re or opensea.io/store. Future releases may use different formats or networks.

3. Token ownership is not artwork ownership

Owning a Collectible means the applicable blockchain recognizes your wallet as holder of that token or balance. It does not transfer copyright, trademark, character rights, patent rights, publicity rights, source files or ownership of the Associated Artwork, STORE CORP world or any other STORE intellectual property.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by STORE, Problem and their licensors.

4. Limited personal license

While you lawfully hold the Collectible and comply with these terms, we grant you a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable license to display the Associated Artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes, including displaying it in your wallet, personal gallery or personal social profile.

The license automatically transfers with a lawful transfer of the Collectible and ends for you when you no longer hold it. It does not authorize commercial merchandise, paid media, brand use, derivative projects, tokenization of the artwork, licensing to others or use suggesting STORE endorsement.

5. License restrictions

You may not remove proprietary notices; modify or exploit the Associated Artwork commercially; register related intellectual property; use it in unlawful, hateful, deceptive, defamatory or infringing content; use it to promote a financial product or political campaign; or use it in a manner likely to confuse people about sponsorship or origin.

Reasonable technical resizing or formatting for a permitted personal display is allowed if it does not materially alter or misrepresent the work.

6. Access and benefits

A Collectible may be recognized as a pass for content, games, community spaces, physical artwork or merchandise, events, early access, partner programs and other experiences. Only benefits expressly announced through official STORE channels are active.

Access is a conditional service feature—not property permanently embedded in the token. Benefits may have separate rules, deadlines, costs, capacity, locations, age requirements and eligibility snapshots, and may be changed, substituted, paused or discontinued as described in the Terms of Service.

7. Physical redemption

If a Collectible is eligible for a physical item, you must complete the published claim process within the stated period and provide accurate fulfillment information. Availability, shipping regions, taxes, customs, delivery estimates and replacement rules will be stated for that claim.

Unless the release expressly states otherwise, holding a Collectible does not mean STORE is indefinitely storing a physical object for you. Unclaimed, expired or already redeemed benefits may not pass to a later holder.

8. Events and experiences

Event eligibility does not guarantee admission when capacity, registration, identity, safety, venue or legal requirements are not satisfied. Event details may change and attendance is at your own risk. Travel and related expenses are not included unless expressly stated.

9. Transfers

You may transfer a Collectible where the network and applicable law permit. You are responsible for verifying the recipient, network and marketplace. A transfer may end your access immediately. Used, identity-bound, expired or off-chain benefits may not transfer.

You may not transfer stolen, fraudulently obtained or sanctioned assets or use transfers to evade release limits, eligibility rules or enforcement.

10. No financial or governance rights

A Collectible does not provide equity, debt, profit share, dividends, royalties, revenue, ownership of treasury assets, employment, partnership, fiduciary duties or guaranteed governance authority. Any separate community input feature is governed by its own published rules and may be advisory.

11. No value or liquidity promise

STORE does not set or guarantee secondary-market prices, buyers, liquidity, royalties or continued marketplace support. Marketplace values may be manipulated, highly volatile or zero. No statement about community, roadmap, rarity, access or future chapters is financial advice or a promise of appreciation.

12. Metadata and creative continuity

Descriptions, classifications, display media, compatibility and off-chain metadata may be corrected or updated to preserve the narrative, improve accessibility, address security or comply with law. We will not represent a change as transferring rights that these terms do not grant.

13. Assumption of risk

You assume the risks of wallets, public blockchains, shared contracts, smart contracts, third-party marketplaces, irreversible transfers, metadata hosting, evolving regulation, taxes and security threats. STORE does not custody or insure Collectibles and generally cannot recover them.

14. Transfer and survival

Sections concerning intellectual property, restrictions, no financial rights, disclaimers, liability and dispute resolution survive transfer or termination as applicable. If you transfer a Collectible, you must not continue representing that you hold it or retain holder-only rights.
