LEGAL / DATA PRACTICES

PRIVACY POLICY

This Policy explains how STORE and Problem collect, use, disclose and protect information across sto.re, wallet connections, communications, events, releases and related experiences.

EFFECTIVE / AUGUST 8, 2026OPERATOR / PROBLEM

1. Scope and controller

Problem Media operates STORE and the STORE CORP experience and is responsible for the personal information described in this Policy. This Policy applies to the Services defined in our Terms, including sto.re, official communications, wallet-enabled access, registrations, support, releases and events that link to it.

Third-party wallets, marketplaces, blockchains, social platforms, payment providers, event venues and linked services process information under their own policies.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with STORE, we may collect the following categories:

  • Wallet and blockchain information: public wallet address, network, token holdings relevant to access, public transactions and provenance. Public blockchain information is obtained from public networks or service providers.
  • Authentication information: nonces, signed messages and short-lived session records when an authorized administrator signs in. We never request or collect a wallet seed phrase or private key.
  • Contact and submission information: name, email, messages, support requests, preferences, applications, feedback and content you voluntarily provide.
  • Transaction and fulfillment information: collectible identifiers, order or redemption status, shipping details, event registration and related records when needed for a physical release or experience. Payment credentials may be collected directly by a payment provider rather than STORE.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, approximate region, timestamps, interactions, performance and error information.
  • Consent information: whether you accepted or rejected optional analytics, the time of the preference and Global Privacy Control signals where available.

3. Sources

We collect information directly from you; automatically from your browser or device; from public blockchains; from wallets and access providers you choose; from marketplaces and fulfillment or event partners; and from public or partner sources where permitted by law.

4. How we use information

  • Provide, secure, maintain and troubleshoot the Services.
  • Recognize wallet eligibility and administer content, game, community, physical and event access.
  • Process registrations, claims, fulfillment, support and communications.
  • Protect users and STORE from fraud, abuse, phishing, sanctions violations and security incidents.
  • Understand site performance and improve the world, content and user experience when analytics consent is given.
  • Enforce agreements, protect rights, comply with law and respond to lawful requests.
  • Send requested updates or marketing communications, with the ability to unsubscribe.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use a strictly necessary first-party cookie named store_cookie_consent to remember whether optional analytics were accepted or rejected. It is set for up to twelve months and does not track browsing activity.

If—and only if—you affirmatively accept analytics, we load Google Analytics 4. Google may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id> and process device and usage information to provide aggregated traffic and performance reports. We do not load Google Analytics before consent, do not use it for advertising on sto.re and do not enable advertising storage through our consent interface.

You can change your choice at any time through “Privacy Settings” in the footer. We honor an enabled Global Privacy Control signal by treating optional analytics as rejected. See our Cookie Policy for details.

7. How we disclose information

We disclose information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including to infrastructure, hosting, security, analytics, wallet connectivity, marketplace, communications, payment, shipping, event and professional service providers; collaborators responsible for a release or event; authorities or others when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety; and parties to a financing, reorganization, acquisition, sale or similar transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Current service categories may include Vercel for hosting and media, Google Analytics after consent, wallet and WalletConnect/Coinbase infrastructure, OpenSea for marketplace links and public blockchain providers.

8. No sale or targeted advertising

We do not sell personal information for money. Under our current practices, we also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. We do not serve targeted advertising on sto.re.

If our practices materially change, we will update this Policy and provide legally required choices before using information for a new incompatible purpose.

9. Public blockchain notice

Public wallet addresses and transactions are visible on public blockchains and may be copied, analyzed and associated with other information by anyone. Blockchain records are decentralized and generally cannot be altered or deleted by STORE. Do not use a wallet for STORE if you do not want its public activity associated with participation.

10. Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including security, fulfillment, accounting, dispute resolution and legal compliance. Consent preferences are retained for up to twelve months. Analytics event-level data is configured for no more than fourteen months where the service permits, though aggregated reports may not identify an individual.

Public blockchain records remain according to the applicable network. Backup copies may persist for a limited period after deletion.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical, administrative and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transport, access controls, protected sessions and restricted administration. No system is completely secure. You are responsible for wallet security and should never send us a private key, seed phrase or full payment credential.

12. Your choices

  • Reject or withdraw optional analytics through Privacy Settings.
  • Use browser controls to remove cookies or send a Global Privacy Control signal.
  • Disconnect a wallet through your wallet provider.
  • Unsubscribe from marketing using the link in the message or contact us.
  • Choose not to provide optional information, understanding that some features may then be unavailable.

13. Privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to know or access personal information; correct, delete or receive a portable copy; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; opt out of certain sales, sharing, profiling or targeted advertising; and appeal a denied request. You also may complain to your local data-protection authority.

To exercise a right, email store@problem.tv with the subject “Privacy Request” and identify your request and jurisdiction. We may verify your identity and authority before responding. Authorized agents must provide proof of authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a protected right.

These rights do not necessarily apply to information that is public, deidentified, outside the scope of a law, needed for legal obligations or recorded on an immutable public blockchain that STORE does not control.

14. California notice

California residents may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, sources, purposes and disclosure categories, and may request correction or deletion subject to exceptions. The categories described in Section 2 may include identifiers, internet or electronic-network activity, commercial information, approximate geolocation and inferences drawn from interactions.

We do not knowingly collect or use sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under current California law. We do not offer financial incentives for personal information.

15. International transfers

STORE is operated from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where providers operate. Where required, we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards. Those countries may have different privacy laws than your location.

16. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Wallet transactions, collectible acquisitions and redemptions are limited to adults. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

17. Changes

We may update this Policy as the Services or law changes. We will post the revised version and effective date and provide additional notice when legally required. Materially different processing will be based on an appropriate legal basis.

18. Contact

Privacy questions and requests may be sent to store@problem.tv. Do not include wallet secrets, government identification numbers, payment credentials or other sensitive information in ordinary email.
